Results of International Exhibition for Young Inventors 2022
Due to the worldwide coronavirus flight restrictions, the International Exhibition for Young Inventors 2022 was held online at the headquarters of Taipei, Taiwan. The international jury of IEYI-2022 relied on the photographic materials, text descriptions and video recording to remotely select the best inventions.
Young inventors from Russian cities of Moscow, Perm and Zelenodolsk, who passed the domestic selection stage, submitted 10 inventive projects to the IEYI judges and were awarded as follows:
Gold medal: Bakhtiar Salakhov (Zelenodolsk) for the project “Module-transformer”.
Silver medal: Alexander Sukhotsky and Mark Baranov (Moscow) for the project “Assistant – сontainer for automatic pill dispensing”.
Bronze medal: Egor Kopytov (Perm) for the project “Drinking fountain for cats”.
Incentive prizes were awarded to:
Sergey Lavrentyev (Moscow) – “Tooth Fairy – search and rescue drone”
Anastasia Eliseeva (Moscow) – “Personal device for auscultation monitoring”
Daria Mokhova (Perm) – “Pythagoras' Pop-it – intelligent trainer”
Daria Mokhova (Perm) – “Safe heel”
Sofya Leonova, Andrey Kuzyakin, Mikhail Shirinkin (Perm) – “My Bunny 1.0”
MariaPepelyaeva, Maksim Akulov, Yulia Izhguzina (Perm) – “Architectural 3D Printer”
Darya Sheynina (Perm) – “Smart Massage Insole”
This year, inventors from Belarus also took part in the exhibition again under the official representation of Lexpatent with the following results:
Bronze medal: Olga Dobatovkina (Vitebsk) for the project “Table with wireless charging”.
The projects “Room lighting thermoelectronic device" by Anastasia Nikolina (Vitebsk) and “Polite trash bin” by Sergey Sakhankov (Vitebsk) also received special prizes from the countries participating in IEYI-2022.
The Russian team preparation for IEYI-2022 was made possible thanks to the support of the Gorodissky & Partners law firm, which specializes in the protection of intellectual property.
At IEYI-2021, our young inventors won 2 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals for Russia.
