Russian inventors win 9 medals at International Exhibition for Young Inventors 2021
Due to the worldwide coronavirus flight restrictions, the International Exhibition for Young Inventors 2021 for the second time in a row was held online. The international jury of IEYI-2021 had to rely on the photographic materials, text descriptions and video recording to remotely select the best inventions.
This year, about 200 projects by young inventors were submitted to the exhibition, 19 of which were created by Russian schoolchildren. In this tough competitive environment Russian team managed to win 9 medals: 2 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals.
Gold medals:
1) Daniil Bogdanov, Daniil Mikheev and Ivan Naumov (Perm);
2) Mikhail Soloviev (Moscow).
Silver medals:
1) Ksenia Rezvova and Ivan Budakov (Sarov);
2) Victoria Pozverg, Daria Sheynina and Maria Pozverg (Perm).
Bronze medals:
1) Ruslan Romanov, Denis Malinovtsev and Evelina Filippova (Vyborg);
2) Daniil Boliev (Terek);
3) Dmitry Brutsky (Moscow);
4) Alena Varlashova and Andrey Kuzyakin (Perm);
5) Svetlana Petruk (Dalnerechensk) and Daria Tkacheva (Beloyarovo village).
The Partner of Gorodissky & Partners law firm and IEYI-2021 jury member Yuri Kuznetsov congratulated the awardees and noted the increase in relevant projects in the field of viral diseases spread prevention. He also announced the plans of the IEYI International Committee to hold the competition in Russia.
