Become a sponsor

Obligations of the Contractor:

Represent as a Gold Sponsor at the official opening and closing ceremonies of the event
Provide the Sponsor with the floor at official ceremonies (optional opening/award ceremony)
Place the Sponsor's logo and brief information about its activities (full page) in printed/electronic publications issued in connection with the preparation and holding of the event
Place the Sponsor's logo at the event venue
Place the Sponsor's logo and brief information about its activities on the event website page dedicated to sponsors
Provide the Sponsor's representative with the opportunity to speak within the framework of the business Program and/or organize, in agreement with the Organizing Committee, a satellite event
Provide the Sponsor with the opportunity to distribute promotional materials at the event

Obligations of the Contractor:

Represent as a Silver Sponsor at the official opening and closing ceremonies of the event
Place the Sponsor's logo and brief information about its activities (1/2 page) in printed/electronic publications issued in connection with the preparation and holding of the event
Place the Sponsor's logo at the event venue
Place the Sponsor's logo and brief information about its activities on the event website page dedicated to sponsors
Provide the Sponsor with the opportunity to distribute promotional materials at the event

The indicated sponsorship packages are provided as an example; an individual sponsorship package can be developed for each specific request.
