"Setryak" - bladeless wind generator

1_Masnuk_pr3.jpgA "wind turbine" is a wind generator designed for use in remote locations where the delivery or generation of electricity is difficult. It is capable of generating moderate amounts of electricity and operating for long periods of time without maintenance, remaining resistant to weather changes. Due to its constant movement, the Wind Turbine is not subject to icing in cold climates.
The project is aimed at creating a source of electricity that can operate autonomously and provide a stable energy supply. The result of the project was the creation of the "Windmill", which meets these requirements due to its autonomy and insensitivity to the environment. The wind turbine consists of two main parts: a mast and a housing located underground. Inside the mast are piezoelectric elements that generate electricity when they oscillate. In the future, it is planned to improve the efficiency of the generator and its durability.

Device for automatic filament coloring
for multi-color 3D printing

3_kashap_pr2.jpgIn the field of 3D printing, there is often a need to create multi-color models. Multi-color 3D printing is not always available due to its high cost. As a result, users of single-color 3D printers are forced to give up the ability to create multi-color models.
The purpose of this invention is to expand the capabilities of an existing single-color 3D printer by automatically coloring the filament according to a given algorithm. The device does not interact directly with the 3D printer, but works only with a 3D model file that specifies the colors used. Thanks to this approach, the invention is universal for various 3D printers.

Device for training binocular vision

In Russia, about 3 million people suffer from strabismus. To treat this disease, there is a method by Professor V. I. Pospelov. It involves the development of binocularity by means of bifoveal fusion of successive images. This is a primary and preparatory process before treatment on more complex devices, such as a synoptophore, and before and after surgical treatment, if necessary. The device automates and facilitates the currently manual process of performing these trainings, improving and enhancing the quality of treatment.

Ecological wallpaper made from recycled materials and plant fibers
with a noise-absorbing effect

12_varlash_pr2.jpgEco-friendly wallpaper is made from waste paper and contains natural fibers, which gives volume and texture. Wallpaper is environmentally friendly and protects the peace of the apartment's inhabitants. With the increase in the number of household appliances, elevators and other equipment, the noise level in apartment buildings has increased significantly. The fibrous surface of the wallpaper allows for the dispersion and absorption of sound waves.

Advantages of the invention:

  • Wallpaper is made from recycled materials - waste paper. Saving resources, reducing cost price.
  • Along the length of the canvas, natural fiber (flax, coconut jute, nettle fibers, etc.) is laid, which will give volume and texture. The volume will also allow air to be retained for thermal insulation. The uneven texture will scatter, reflect and absorb sound waves, which will lead to a decrease in noise in the room.
  • The use of eco-materials and the rejection of chemical additives will have a positive effect on health.
  • You can glue wallpaper yourself, unlike installing soundproofing panels.

Container spacer platform (CSP)

The container spacer platform (CSP) is a rigidly welded frame with a mechanized spacer mechanism. Before placing the container in a gondola car, the CSP is installed on the bottom of the car, then the spacer mechanism is activated using a pneumatic tool. Since the stops diverge evenly to the sides, centering occurs relative to the axis of the car body with subsequent rigid fixation. After that, the container is installed on the fitting stops. This solution allows eliminating the installation of bars, rubber gaskets and air cushions from the process. Also, the container can be transported using the RPK on a universal type platform (with sides).

Guide robot for blind and visually impaired people
with an object recognition system

13_krysant_pr.jpgCurrently, there are about 39 million visually impaired people in the world. One of the problems of such people is mobility. The guide robot solves this problem as follows: the route is set using voice input, the person takes the handle and the robot starts moving. The guide goes around any obstacles that arise along the way and returns to the route. For safe movement at the intersection, the system with a video camera recognizes the traffic light indication and signals the owner.
The robot's design is created using 3D printing, controlled by an Arduino board, moves using four motors, and obstacles are detected by ultrasonic sensors. A camera connected to a Raspberry microcomputer, which transmits information to the Arduino, is responsible for computer vision.

Universal arm fixator for the rehabilitation process "Midas"

"Midas" is a dismountable arm fixator that solves the problem of improper rehabilitation after surgery, as well as the issue of restoring the functionality and strength of the limb. "Midas" allows each segment to be fixed in a separate position. The design consists of modules for the forearm, hand and fingers. The design consists of modules. The forearm attachment module (there is also a dynamic tension module for exercises) with a textile fastener. Attachment module to the outside of the hand. Attachment modules to the phalanges of two types of fingers (thumb, index/little finger). The textile part for the phalanges of the fingers is attached to these modules.

Bench-train

The bench-train is a park bench moving on rails.
The design consists of a bench frame and a chassis. Traction forces will be created by an electric motor through a metal cable. The chassis of the bench train is made by analogy with the chassis of a roller coaster train, which ensures a rigid grip on the rail. All product parts consist of standard elements, which reduces the overall cost of the product.

«EasyProb»

"EasyProb" - advanced packages for breath tests for Helicobacter pylori.
Helicobacter pylori is the most common infection in the world. It is the cause of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer disease and stomach cancer.
The breath test is the most optimal option for diagnosing bacteria. The test is extremely accurate and can be used on children, pregnant women, and seriously ill patients. Its only drawback is the inconvenience of filling the breathing bags with air.
2 solutions have been proposed:
The first is to lengthen the neck of the medical bag and make it out of rubberized material so that the neck can be twisted - like a ball.
Second, introduce a mechanism made of inflatable rings - a membrane that will not allow air to escape while the nurse closes the bag with a lid.
These improvements will help make the procedure faster for the patient, make the work of the staff easier, and make it possible to serve more patients.
